Please Note If you have animals needing homes, the Texarkana Gazette will let you run a FREE ad for 3 days. We will no longer have the "Lost & Found" section. If you have a sick or injured animal, contact 911 and they will contact the proper department. If you have a wildlife animal in need, contact Lori Anderson at 903-838-3040. This website is updated as adoptions become available or when the foster home has notified us that the animal has been adopted. The Texarkana Humane Society is a non-profit 501C3 volunteer organization which means that all donations are tax-deductable by law.
