If you have an injured animal and live inside Texarkana, TX or AR city limits call 903-798-3876. This website is updated as adoptions become available or when the foster home has notified us that the animal has been adopted. The Texarkana Humane Society is a non-profit 501C3 volunteer organization which means that all donations are tax-deductible by law. WINTER PET ADVISORY! PLEASE ensure that all outdoor pets have plenty of water and food. Check the water daily to ensure it is not frozen. During severe cold temps, put a light bulb inside their house for warmth but be careful not to let the bulb touch hay or bedding. |
